Event Description:
This program provides in-depth information intended to inform, enhance and update the knowledge of those corporations and individuals engaging in, and considering entering into, defense activities. Participants will acquire a well-rounded overview of the essential elements of defense export controls. The presentation will cover how to apply for licenses, establishing compliance programs, as well as, hot topics and trends within ITAR. Information covered during this program includes: ? Review if ITAR regulatory requirements ? Defining product (commodity jurisdiction) ? Elements of a license application ? Eligibility to participate in various sections of the regulations ?
